Legal Requirements and Costs
Requirements that you have to have up to date to present to the Mayor:
- Photocopy of current CI of the owner(s).
- Approved lot plans, legalized photocopy.
- Cadastral Certificate or computerized Cadastral Registry of the current owner(s) issued by the geographic information and cadastre office
- Taxes up to date (submit the last 5 taxes per day).
With those papers ready and up to date , we will add these others:
- Application form for the procedure, signed by the owner according to a certificate or cadastral registry and/or signed by the attorney-in-fact according to a letter or power of attorney.
- Construction project plan, signed and sealed by the Architect.
